ATLAS Nd:YAG laser engraving and marking system

The ATLAS series units are engraving laser systems complete with a 2-axis galvanometer scan head, equipped with a solid-state diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser source (from 5 to 150 watts), and used in applications for engraving and etching such materials as: painted glass, black granite, aluminium, metals, plastics, etc. Thanks to its ease of use, high quality, speed, and flexibility, it offers unique possibilities of application, increasing the number of low- and medium thickness materials on which combined processings can be made, both cutting/drilling, and engraving.

FEATURES

The Atlas systems have a wide range of standard features, such as a large, reclining workplane; an ergonomic console; a personal computer with 17" LCD TFT monitor; various focal lenses, for engraving field sizes according to customer's needs and a wheel-mounting for the system to be easily moved.

With Atlas you can reach very high engraving velocities, so that you can use it in large-volume industrial productions such as, for instance, packing lines (production lot codes, source tracking, expiring and production dates, etc).

And thanks to its ease of use it can be also used for small-scale productions, where a high degree of flexibility is requiered as regards the processing of each single production lot. In fact it is possible to modify on-line captions, logos, and laser parameters to fit the different types of material to be processed.
