MC23 MINICENTER The MC 23 model is the most compact among the various models that constitute the MC family. The fixed-gantry frame is made of top-grade cast iron and steel to ensure maximum stiffness also when machining steel. Traversing is driven by precisionground ball screws; the 3 axes are simultaneously controlled to ensure precision milling of 2D and complex, 3D designs. The exclusive 9-tools automatic changer is fitted with an air jet to blow the toolholder taper clean. The control unit has panel controls for adjusting spindle and axis speed and coolant flow. It is prearranged for the 4th (indexing).
This sophisticated yet rugged and simple machine has a number of uses: marking and engraving, making small dies and electrodes, sheet-metal blanking and punching, plate making, etc. Now it allows also to execute tapping operations.
The difference between the MC 23 R model and the MC 23 lays on the fact that the MC 23 R has an increased upright clearance of 90mm. That allows providing the machine with a clamping device for pieces which have a considerable vertical length, whilst keeping its precision features and reliability which characterise this model. This increased clearance doesn’t involve an increase of spindle travel which remains at 75mm. In case of setting up universal divider we remind you that with this model it is possible to carry out object elaboration of up to 230mm diameter, instead of the 140mm from the standard version.

Like any other BIEMMEPI minicentre it is thoroughly protected against swarf and fitted with operator’s guards, which do not impede setting up or checking the several machining stages.
Just like the MC 23 , for the MC 53 model BIEMMEPI has manufactured an incremented version to give 90 mm of vertical clearance more than the standard model. This version, also keeps the features of robustness and precision which differentiates it from the standard version and more freedom to the piece clamping equipment installation, offering an upright clearance of 90 mm. The 75 mm Z axis travel remains the same Z.

MC64 MINICENTER

The Series-64 have 650x450 mm machining area and it is equipped with an automatic 13-tools changer. Three simultaneous axes, strong fixed-gantry frame made with topgrade materials, precision-ground ball screws are the main features of Series 64. Its operating range makes this machine suitable to meet virtually any requirement of a qualified engraver: it will mill aluminium and brass 3-4 mm deep in one pass only, to cut out large letters for posters and signs, cut large panels and machine small dies and punches with remarkable precision. It uses reliable, proven and properly dimensioned mechanical components so as to guarantee long life. What can be added to an FP68 or 120 engraving machine to increase their performance and to offer the best engraving system to you? A reliable and fast automatic tool change with 15 places, in which many different kind of tools can be positioned: any kind of complex machining that requires more than one tools (for example to drill, cut and engrave) can be finished even if the machine is unmanned. More powerful and fast motors and driver boards on the three axes give more speed to the machine both in rapid then in machining movements, increasing the productivity of the whole system. A more sophisticated and advanced control unit improves the accuracy of engravings, especially when 3D jobs are created: shiny surfaces in 3D machining are not a surprise for an MC user. A list of option that can be added soon or later on the machines, as the 36000 rpm spindle, the mechanical surface detector, the laser copier etc. has simply the effects to enable the machine to meet virtually any requirement of a qualified engraver.

MC120 MINICENTER

With an effective working area of 1240x620 mm the new MC120 minicentre joins the big work area necessity with a very reliable automatic tool changer. These allow a high standard of manufacture and can easily engrave a wide variety of materials , especially combined with practical and strong clamping systems ( self centering vise, CNC rotating head, vacuum table ) . With different diameter tools ( using the interchangeable collets) and professional system to cool them , every binding working can be done with a perfect realization safety. The external control unit , compact and dirty-saver, allows a high efficiency of the working management and implements the new look-ahead technology that anticipates tool movement both in 2D and 3D machining. The machines are totally compatible with any PC graphics software generating HPGL files and with any professional CAM system generating G-code files, even if BMPCAD, the powerful engraving software developed by BIEMMEPI can satisfy at best any user requirement.
