Milling and Engravitng CNC TEC-CAM 1000

The Tec-Cam series 1000 comes along with digital stepper motor. The precision of this systems is found in the step-by-step control of the drives over the motors. There are two motors in the Y axis, in every side of the gantry, making a solid alignment of the gantry.  Both in X and Y, helicoidal rack and pinion is used for movement, improving speed and reducing noise.

Our TecCam 1000 series combine high quality components and an optimized production. The cutting and engraving of materials such as PMMA Acrylic, PVC, MDF, solid wood, aluminum, copper, Brass, Foam, … has never been so close.

The Z-Axis is driven by a ball bearing made in Germany, this lead screw offers speed and stability to the Z axis. Every movement of the machine is supported on lineal rails made by Hiwin, main reference in high precision positioning systems of rails, lead screws and bearings.

The 20mm wide rails and the bearing karts mean the step after the cylindrical rails, offering greater support and distribution of the weight and thus a higher stability and speed.
