Complete program for engraving and mould creation in 3 and 4 axes which features three modules:

2D/Timbri/3D

BMPCAD 2D:

Allows import of EPS and DXF drawings for engraving.
Allows working with drawings and letters at different depths.
Wide range of True Type font
Allows import of BMP or TIFF images for in screen manual vectorising.
Allows carrying out vacuum of entities o letters with tool compensation.
Drilling fixed cycles, threaded, spiral rectangular, spiral round etc…
CAD drawing program.
You have the possibility of vectorial and vacuum projections over pre-defined surfaces (cone, toroide, dial, cylinder).
Possibility to vary imported or created drawings with nodes edition.
Series execution of repetitive pieces with MACRO function.

BMPCAD TIMBRI:

Program for the manufacture of high and low relief with tool compensation and life edge accuracy (conic tool exit) for thermo-engraved moulds, pins etc…in 3 and 4 axes.
Contains the whole BMPCAD 2D module with all of its functions. .
Automatic calculation of tool passing from a black and white image (TIFF o BMP) scanned from a photolithograph or designed by most popular auto edition programs in the market (Corel, Freehand, Photoshop…).
Possibility of manufacture of high and low relief at different independent heights.

BMPCAD 3D:

Program for the mechanising and design of artistic and mechanical 3d figures in 3 and 4 axes.
Allows import of STL and RAW files with three-dimensional surfaces for its mechanization.
Allows design of three-dimensional drawings from a colour imported drawing (a curve section is applied for each colour, straight or inclined and a specific height).
Possibility of importing grey tone drawings (BMP o TIFF) and convert them into surfaces (textures ,artistic drawings…).
Allows creating surfaces from 2D vector drawings (CAD drawings) assigning a specific section designed by user.
Possibility of obtaining 3D designs from an original, by means of three-dimensional scanning, thanks to its laser copy.
Obtaining more complex surfaces through the Union, Subtraction, Multiplication or Addition of the independent surfaces (Booleans operations) obtained through different methods previously explained.
Black and white BITMAP image and vector projection (for the manufacture of high and low relief with tool conic exit) over simple or complex surfaces.
Allows creation of male and female of created surfaces.
Possibility of male compensation to give plate tolerance for its female illustration.
Automatic creation of surface edge, from a desired height by user, for its exportation to a string cutting machine for manufacture of die cutting.
Refine calculations, semi finished and finished surfaces.
Visualizing of in screen calculation and simulation of tool path.
Possibility of choosing surface independent zones for its mechanization.
Possibility of cylindrical, conical, spherical, conic spherical, gothic and toric tool compensation. .
Final touch of created and scanned surfaces.
Tool path generation for different machines thanks to its Postprocessors.
Visualization and 3D rendering of surfaces.
